Altough she was scrapped from the game,if you get a 100% ending,you can find her in one of the comics
She's the Tenth Dimensional version of Coco,just how Evil Crash is the Tenth Dimension version of Crash.The Tenth Dimension is ruled by Victor and Morritz,and those two used to be Cortex's pets.He was testing a new project,and they were his test subjects.He sent them away to the Tenth Dimension,where the exposure to the toxic waste sharpened their minds.
